When will I get my hat?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes X-7 business days to process and ship. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, with most customers receiving their hats within X-10 business days for domestic orders and a little longer for international shipping.
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow your hat’s journey!
I have a delivery issue
If you need support with the delivery of your order or would like to check the status after it has shipped, please be sure to reach out directly to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
I want to return / exchange

Our focus right now is fulfilling existing orders but we do hope to expand to other products soon.
Do you ship internationally?
You can order our original line from most countries around the world. Please check the top of the page to change to your local currency. Our current products collection is currently only shipping to Canada.
